Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped.
- To cancel your order, please contact our support team with your order details.
- If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may request a return once it is delivered.
Returns & Refunds
We take pride in offering high-quality Ayurvedic products and ensure that every item is delivered in the best condition. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are happy to assist with a return or replacement.
Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
- Certain items (such as consumable supplements, personal care products) may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene and safety reasons.
How to Request a Return
- Contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the product (if damaged or incorrect).
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions and arrange pickup if applicable.
- Refunds/replacements will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after receiving the product.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
- If eligible, you can also opt for a store credit or replacement product instead of a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products.
- Items purchased during sale events or promotional offers (unless damaged or incorrect).
- Personalized or customized products.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days with photos, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
